Information we use

We collect your name, email, order and payment status, ticket details and admission records to process purchases, deliver and recover tickets, handle refunds and disputes, and manage event entry. This includes orders started but not completed. When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message to respond to your inquiry.

Our hosting and security services process IP addresses, browser and device information, requests and security logs to operate the site, monitor reliability and prevent fraud or automated abuse.

Who receives information

Authorized event and support staff use order and admission information for their work. We use Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, email delivery and Turnstile security checks, email providers for correspondence, and Stripe for payments. These providers receive the information needed to supply their services.

Your checkout name, email and payment details are entered on Stripe’s checkout. Stripe sends us your contact and transaction details to fulfill your order. Our checkout does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Browser storage and tracking

We use browser session storage to remember ticket selections. Staff tools also use session storage and sign-in cookies. Payment and security providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their services. You can clear or restrict storage through your browser, which may affect these features.

We do not use this website to track you across other businesses’ websites for advertising. Stripe may collect information about your activity over time and across websites using its services, including for fraud prevention, as described in its privacy policy. This site does not change its handling of information in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Retention and requests

Order and admission records are not automatically deleted when an event ends. Records may be needed for support, accounting, disputes and legal obligations.

To ask to review, correct or delete your information, or ask a privacy question, contact us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be kept to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute or meet legal requirements.

We will post updates here with a new effective date and identify material changes on this page.
